Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Financial Reporting to own external financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements per US GAAP and SEC requirements. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to Treasury, Finance, Legal, and external auditors.

You will design and maintain internal controls in a SOX-compliant environment, support technical accounting research, and prepare statements for lenders and international subsidiaries under IFRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Six or more years of total accounting and audit experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Experience designing or auditing internal controls over financial reporting under the SOX framework.
• Advanced proficiency in financial consolidations and drafting technical accounting memoranda.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of quarterly and annual financial statements per US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financials for lenders and partners with Treasury, Finance, and Legal.
• Draft standalone statutory financials for international subsidiaries under IFRS.
• Support technical accounting research on complex transactions.
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda documenting conclusions.
• Coordinate external audits and manage SOX internal controls program.
• Identify process gaps and implement remediation to strengthen the control environment.
