Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Technical Accounting to lead accounting research, financial reporting oversight, and company-wide policy formulation. You will oversee complex financings, partnerships, and international operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC rules.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with deep technical expertise, strong writing ability, and the capacity to translate accounting concepts for non-financial stakeholders. This is a full-time, exempt role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Six+ years of accounting and audit experience.
• Deep US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge.
• SOX internal control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transaction research and evaluation.
• Prepare technical memos and leadership communications.
• Prepare SEC financial statements and footnotes.
• Author MD&A.
• Formulate global accounting policies.
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements and implement standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain SOX compliant control environment.
