The position offers a total comp range of $130,000–$155,000 with base salary plus full annual bonus and strong exposure to executive leadership. You will support SEC reporting, earnings materials and investor communications, while ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Big 4 or national firm experience preferred.
• Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting foundation.
• CPA preferred or pursuing CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Support 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and earnings release preparation.
• Assist with Board, Audit Committee and investor reporting materials.
• Support management reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC and SOX requirements.
• Help drive process improvements, including AI and automation initiatives.
