Job summary

The Bolton Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to oversee all external SEC reporting. The role reports to the Corporate Controller and starts as an individual contributor in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA, with Big 4 experience and 4–7 years of relevant work history, plus strong communication and team skills; M&A exposure is highly desirable. Compensation up to $130K plus a $10K bonus and 100% employer-paid health insurance.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Big 4 / large accounting firm experience is required.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Solid experience with SEC Registrants.
• Mergers & acquisitions experience is highly desirable.

SEC Reporting Manager---Up to $130K + Bonus (100% Employer Paid Health Insurance)---Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

One of our very good clients, a $100 Million Technology company based in Atlanta, is looking to hire an SEC Reporting Manager.

This position will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will oversee all external reporting for the company. This position will be an individual contributor role to start.

Our client offers a very fun, upbeat, and collaborative corporate culture as well as a flexible hybrid work schedule (3 days in/2 days remote).

Here is what we are looking for:
