Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and related disclosures.
• Coordinate separation-related SEC filings andForm 10 amendments.
• Prepare cash flow statements and supporting schedules; reconcile to records.
• Support earnings releases and investor presentations.
• Maintain the SEC reporting calendar and coordinate inputs from stakeholders.
• Assist responses to SEC comment letters and related research.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist adoption of new standards.
• Support SOX compliance activities and audit deliverables.
