Motion Industries seeks a Senior Analyst of SEC Reporting to support the preparation of financial statements, SEC filings, and related analyses as the company transitions to a standalone public entity.

The role focuses on establishing and improving financial reporting, disclosure, and internal controls in line with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX compliance, with collaboration across finance, legal, and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; two years of experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; SOX internal controls preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical ability.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation and coordination of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy).
• Assist with separation-related SEC filings for a standalone company.
• Support cash flow statements and reconciliations.
• Support earnings releases and investor presentations.
• Maintain SEC reporting calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support SOX compliance activities.
