Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Accountant in New Castle County, DE to support SEC reporting, US GAAP, and external financial disclosures in a publicly traded environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in public accounting or corporate SEC reporting, CPA active, and strong US GAAP knowledge. The position offers a hybrid schedule in a growth‑driven environment with bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 4+ years of public accounting or corporate SEC reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, external financial reporting, and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and related disclosures.
• Research US GAAP, SEC guidance and new accounting standards; support acquisitions/divestitures.
• Support earnings materials and external financial communications for consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies; assist with new reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Maintain external reporting controls and coordinate with auditors to ensure SOX compliance.
