Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. in Houston, Texas is seeking a Senior Accountant – SEC Reporting to support the SEC filing process, internal controls and technical accounting matters.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Workiva, Form 4 filings, equity accounting, consolidation, cash flow statements and other complex workpapers in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA preferred for consideration.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in public accounting.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and related disclosure workpapers is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and filing of periodic SEC reports (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K).
• Master the Workiva platform for drafting, collaboration, and filing.
• Prepare and file Form 4s accurately and timely.
• Assist with equity rollforwards, NCI accounting, EPS calculations, consolidation, and cash flows.
• Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit requests.
• Assist with earnings releases and supporting schedules.
• Research technical accounting issues to support SEC reporting.
