Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. This remote US role collaborates with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax and external auditors to prepare financial statements, disclosures, and the processes a first‑time public filer needs.

You will own the 10‑Q/10‑K/8‑K filings, footnotes, tie‑out, and the PBC rollforward, support SOX controls, and partner cross‑functionally to improve reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 4+ years accounting experience incl. public accounting and SEC experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K filings with footnotes.
• Provide information for external/internal reporting.
• Build external reporting calendar and documentation.
