Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Public accounting experience (Big Four preferred) and/or experience in financial services or public company environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and public company reporting practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with programming languages, databases, or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in external financial reporting: Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other SEC filings.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials and management reporting packages.
• Analyze firmwide AUM reporting, fundraising, deployment activity, and performance metrics.
• Support disclosure checklists, committee materials, and statutory statements under US GAAP and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support close and reporting processes.
• Build relationships across Finance, Legal, Compliance, IR, and other functions.
• Provide guidance to offshore team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with Finance and Tech on reporting systems, data pipelines, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting processes and internal controls.
