Job summary

Blue Owl is seeking a Senior Associate for the SEC & Financial Reporting Team, based in Short Hills, NJ. You’ll support external reporting, SEC compliance, and financial analytics, collaborating across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and more.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial reporting, a CPA preferred, and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge. Experience with Workiva and Oracle ERP is a plus in a fast-paced asset-management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• CPA designation preferred; Big Four background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial reporting, including Form 10-Q/10-K/8-K and proxy statements.
• Support quarterly earnings materials and management reporting packages.
• Analyze AUM reporting and key business drivers with cross-functional data validation.
• Assist with SOX compliance and disclosures; maintain process documentation.
