Starfish Partners is hiring an experienced executive search professional to join our growing team. This opportunity is designed for recruiters with a demonstrated record of successfully executing professional, technical, and leadership-level searches.

This role is based in Solon, OH with onsite work requirements. You will identify and recruit top professionals, conduct in-depth interviews, and build long-term relationships while expanding your practice within a collaborative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in recruiting, executive search, business development, account management, or a related professional environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated resilience, competitiveness, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-performing professionals through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess qualifications, accomplishments, leadership capabilities, and career objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive, management, and technical-level professionals.
• Develop expertise within a specialized industry vertical and stay informed on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent movement.
• Present qualified candidates and provide strategic insight throughout the search process.
• Manage multiple search assignments while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Utilize recruiting technologies and CRM systems to effectively track activity and maintain candidate pipelines.
