The ideal candidate has significant experience in upscale dining, is proficient across all kitchen stations, and comfortable with restaurant accounting, inventory, and daily opening/closing procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years prior experience as Sous Chef in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• At least 5 years working in upscale or fine dining kitchens.
• Extensive fish/seafood culinary skills preferred.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Sound understanding of restaurant accounting, inventory and daily paperwork.
