Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef in a full-service upscale dining establishment.
• At least 5 years working in the kitchen of an upscale restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Ability to draw upon invention and originality in creating new dishes and menu items.
• Understand restaurant accounting, inventory, and related paperwork.
• Remain calm, professional and provide leadership under pressure.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Communicate effectively with FOH & BOH in loud environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
