Responsibilities

• Supervises all Seafood Department activities including product placement, rotation, signage and displays.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, training and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains HACCP compliance through inspections and audits.
• Manages inventory, pricing accuracy and vendor relations.
• Ensures proper paperwork and receipt of seafood products; coordinates ordering and shrink control.
