Job summary

Restaurant Depot in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Stocker - Seafood to join our Seafood Department. You will provide prompt customer service, stock seafood products on shelves, and keep the warehouse clean and safe.

The role requires HACCP compliance, inventory rotation, accurate shelf pricing, and coordination with Hi-Lo operators to maintain a stocked, safe selling floor. This union, hourly position offers full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves; opens boxes to restock items.
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves.
• Performs inspections to meet HACCP regulations.
• Assists in inventory rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Ensures shelf pricing reflects the most recent pricing.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness with regular cleaning schedule.
• Monitors floor safety; handles spills promptly and removes trash.
• Collaborates with Hi-Lo operators to keep selling floor stocked and safe.
• Informs supervisors of low stock or out-of-stock merchandise.
