Job summary
Vendavo is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to identify and engage ideal customers using target account profiles. You will lead the first stage of the customer journey through outbound prospecting, building early relationships and qualifying opportunities for Account Executives.
You will mentor new SDRs, participate in weekly pipeline reviews, and contribute to forecasting and data management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and new account development objectives.
- Fluent English and German speaker.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and outbound calling.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage ideal customers using Vendavo’s target account profile.
- Lead the first stage of the customer journey through outbound prospecting.
- Qualify inbound leads against criteria and move opportunities forward.
- Build understanding of Vendavo's solutions and communicate value to prospects.
- Mentor new SDRs and participate in pipeline reviews.
- Forecasting and data management; co-own sales tech stack reporting.
