Qualifications

• Minimum required education and experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years' experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: source, compile, and interpret data; ensure accuracy and communicate results.
• Identifying Requirements: determine system requirements and document via specs, reports, or plans; identify issues.
• Reporting: produce advanced reports and identify patterns for improvements.
• System Support: provide expert technical support, respond to escalated inquiries, and improve end-user experience.
