Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, LoadRunner).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Subversion).
• Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Knowledge of SQL for validating stored data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures.
• Develop test plans, test schedule, and approach.
• Write test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios.
• Conduct a walk through on test case/script(s) with stakeholders.
• Perform and lead tests to ensure proper operation and defect-free software.
• Document and communicate test results and progress.
• Support analysis of test results and resolution of issues.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting.
• Perform other IT systems engineering activities as needed.
• Apply technical principles to solve problems.
