CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior SDET to join a product delivery team, driving quality across software solutions in an agile environment. You will act as a quality advocate, help shape testing strategies, and work closely with engineers, product, and business stakeholders to ensure correct solutions are built.

This role also mentors others in QA techniques, coordinates with cross-team QA communities, and supports continuous improvement of QA practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of automated testing experience in a professional environment.
• Proficient with Java Spring/Spring Boot and JavaScript.
• Proficient with SQL.
• Mastery of SDLC and Git.
• Expert in Agile development practices.
• Expert in software testing strategies and current testing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions in an Agile environment with emphasis on quality.
• Mentor others in QA techniques and act as a quality advocate.
• Collaborate with technical teams, product, support, and stakeholders to ensure correct solutions are built.
• Coordinate with other teams to improve QA practices across the enterprise.
