Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong testing background in SDET/Embedded domains.
• Experience leading complex automation projects from design to implementation.
• Proficiency in Python and C++, plus Bash scripting for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect Automation & Test Infrastructure: design, scale, and maintain hardware test beds and CI/CD pipelines.
• System Validation & Integration: develop test plans, cases, and traceability for hardware/software.
• Root Cause & Failure Analysis: lead deep-dive analysis and risk mitigation for test stability.
• Strategic Coverage: drive risk-based testing ensuring 100% coverage of critical functionalities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with development teams and other engineering groups.
