Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading design or architecture of systems
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming in at least one language
• Current, active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a microservices-based platform for fleet management, rule execution, device communication, logging, security, and presentation layers.
• Design secure inter-service communication across REST/mTLS and high-throughput data plane protocols
• Build cryptographic trust infrastructure with multiple certificate authorities and offline validation
• Implement multi-tenant data isolation using ABAC, row-level security, and policy-based access control
• Develop cryptographic integrity mechanisms including chained signatures and tamper-evident logging
• Engineer emergency access workflows with time-bounded credentials and multi-party approval
• Ensure cryptographic operations use FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validated key management
• Design reconciliation between edge devices as truth source with synchronized backends
