JPMorgan Chase's Infrastructure Platform, SDWAN team seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement a next‑generation SD‑WAN ecosystem with integrated management, monitoring, and analytics.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, and architecture to deliver secure, resilient networks while ensuring audit-ready controls and risk mitigation. The role offers enterprise-scale design and governance in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation.
• Hands-on SD-WAN engineering across design, implementation, and support.
• Experience with global, complex networks.

Responsibilities

• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation.
• Lead architecture, evaluation, and standardization of SD-WAN solutions.
• Define current and future SD-WAN technology landscape with stakeholders.
• Develop design artifacts (functional architecture, HLD/LLD).
• Capture requirements for complex systems and decompose them.
• Define SD-WAN network requirements aligned to business outcomes.
• Drive design deliverables and mitigate risks to ensure delivery.
• Lead test strategy and execution across stakeholders.
• Apply security methodologies to network and systems design.
• Provide progress updates with risks and mitigation plans.
