Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the SD-WAN-focused Infrastructure Platform team. You will design and build a next-generation SD‑WAN ecosystem with integrated management, monitoring, and analytics, partnering with engineering, product, and architecture teams to deliver outcomes.

The role requires hands-on SD‑WAN experience across design, implementation, and support, plus strong communication to articulate technical design to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• Strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity while applying enterprise AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Lead and contribute to the architecture, evaluation, and standardization of SD‑WAN and emerging network technologies, products, and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business units to define current state and future direction of the SD‑WAN technology landscape.
• Lead and develop technical design solutions and architecture artifacts (functional architecture, HLD/LLD).
• Capture, analyze, decompose, and document requirements for systems and subsystems of moderate to high complexity.
