Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the application product lifecycle, translating high-level needs into detailed capabilities and requirements. You will mentor others, manage complex cross-functional projects, and ensure delivery with regulatory awareness and quality outcomes.

In this role you will guide testing strategies, facilitate requirements walkthroughs, and work with customers, engineers, and vendors to optimize value and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in IS/IT
• 3-5 years in Project Management
• 3-5 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 3-5 years in the Healthcare Industry

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers, software engineers, architects and capability managers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Participate in full software development life cycle on agile scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, UI designer, Capability Manager, or Tester.
• Provide expert business/subject matter knowledge for complex projects and production activities, including new programs impacting systems.
• Ensure compliance to required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, vendors, technical staff and project teams to maximize value and ROI.
• Support requirements testing activities to minimize defects and tie results to customer impact.
• Communicate status and document requirements, walkthroughs and sprint reviews clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction in Product & Technology Solutions.
