Job summary

Index Analytics LLC is seeking a Scrum Master to coach Agile teams delivering federal digital products. You will facilitate SAFe and team ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams become more predictable and self-organizing.

Required six years of experience, including three leading Agile delivery teams, and knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and agile metrics. Remote-first role with possible on-site support in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years leading or coaching Agile delivery teams.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach in a software delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management and Agile metrics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate iteration planning, daily team syncs, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Support Program Increment planning and execution, including objectives, risks and dependencies.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile values, SAFe practices, Definition of Ready and Done.
• Track flow, velocity, throughput, predictability and other metrics to guide improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Promote DevSecOps, built-in quality and test-driven development.
• Support transparent status reporting, release readiness and risk management.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve practices.
