Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr Scrum Master for a 100% remote role with preference for candidates having some retail or restaurant experience. The contract position is based out of Phoenix, AZ, and involves leading technology projects and PMO initiatives, aligning with CAVA agile principles, and delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project execution, risk mitigation, budget collaboration, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in technology and PMO space.
Proven success managing concurrent technical projects/product cycles.
History of developing strong relationships across IT and business organizations.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of engineering projects/products, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Develop plans with leaders on goals, budgets, schedules, and metrics.
Set and track milestones; manage programs to adherence.
Provide status updates to stakeholders on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Involve budget processes with Program Manager, Finance and ITLT for cost efficiency.
Partner with vendors, managing relationships and contracts.
