Job summary
Fractal Analytics in New York, NY seeks a Scrum Master / Program Manager to independently manage complex client initiatives across multiple Scrum teams. You will drive end-to-end engagements, lead stakeholder communications, and coordinate global teams to deliver cloud-based projects with Agile rigor.
The role requires 7+ years in project management, strong Scrum and SAFe exposure, and excellent facilitation and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing complex client initiatives with Scrum.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering cloud-based/large-scale projects using Agile.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage highly complex client initiatives with one or multiple scrum teams.
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, provide regular updates and risk analyses.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors across global teams.
- Coach Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure release planning.
