Job summary

Fractal in New York is seeking a Scrum Master / Program Manager with 7+ years' experience to independently manage highly complex client initiatives across multiple Scrum teams. You will drive end-to-end engagements, ensure regular updates, and manage risks, data sources and success metrics.

You will coach Agile practices, coordinate global teams, and lead planning, forecasting, and release activities while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex Agile projects
• PMI Certified or equivalent experience
• SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification or experience
• Executive communication skills and ability to synthesize status
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of complex Cloud-based projects (AWS) leveraging SCRUM
• Coordinate global, diverse teams and manage stakeholder communications
• Lead planning, estimation, forecasting, implementation, reviews and retrospectives
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives
• Ensure compliance with client processes and release management
