Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives across cloud, data, and application development. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and partner with clients to deliver value on time and within quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 6-10 years in IT project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a blend of technical understanding with delivery leadership to drive transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3-5 years in project management.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale application, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through deployment and support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, developers, QA teams, and support teams.
• Conduct regular project governance meetings and steering committee reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including developers, analysts, architects, and testing teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews.
• Drive collaboration and accountability across project teams.
• Mentor junior team members and project coordinators.
