Job summary

Fractal Analytics in New York is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery with governance and Agile practices. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Advanced Roadmaps.

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, DevOps, security

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on governance and Agile practices.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Advanced Roadmaps.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, requirements gathering, technical design reviews, and implementation activities.
