Job summary

SoHo Dragon is seeking an experienced Super Scrum Master/Program Manager to take ownership of a high-visibility Wealth Management Technology program in a Hybrid NYC setting. You will manage three concurrent Scrum teams, drive delivery, and restore red-status programs to green through clear recovery plans.

The role demands exceptional stakeholder management, hands-on coaching, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Scrum Master managing multiple teams.
• Proven turnaround of at-risk/red programs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, SAFe knowledge a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication.
• Experience in wealth/asset management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for three teams concurrently.
• Identify root causes of red status in the program.
• Develop and execute a recovery plan with KPIs.
• Remove impediments and manage risks across teams.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads and leaders to realign scope, timelines and expectations.
• Improve velocity, predictability, and delivery quality through coaching and process improvements.
• Provide status reporting to program and senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration to reduce duplication and misalignment.
