Job summary

AF Group seeks an experienced Scrum Master to coach and guide agile teams, coordinating with product managers and senior management to ensure high-quality delivery. You will facilitate ceremonies, resolve blockers, and promote continuous improvement across the SDLC framework while balancing workload and protecting team focus.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and effective communication to drive performance and organizational initiatives through data-driven coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline (CS/IS/Engineering) required.
• Certification (CSM, SSM) highly preferred and encouraged.
• Seven years of progressive responsibility as a scrum master/agile PM in an insurance environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Experience with agile tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Rally/Central Agile, VersionOne, etc.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach and guide one or more agile teams and resolve blockers quickly.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owner on a robust backlog.
• Communicate team status to stakeholders and improve metrics.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and participate in Agile Community of Practice.
