Job summary

Responsibilities include moderating ceremonies, maintaining a healthy backlog, and coordinating with other Scrum Masters to optimize cross-team delivery. Prior experience in insurance software projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline required.
• Seven years of progressive responsibility as a scrum master/agile project manager.
• Experience as a scrum master on several software development projects in an insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads one or more agile teams as the scrum master and team member.
• Moderates sprint planning, daily standups, sprint demos and refactoring sessions.
• Ensures a robust, prioritized backlog with product managers.
• Coordinates cross-team dependencies and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Identifies root causes and improves operational and process performance.
