Job summary

AF Group is seeking a Scrum Master to coach, guide and facilitate an energetic agile team, acting as a liaison between the product delivery team, product manager and senior management to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will lead sprint planning, daily standups, demos and backlog refinement, collaborate with Product Manager & Product Owner, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the SDLC and cross-team dependencies.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of one agile framework and best practices (Disciplined Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Seven years of progressive responsibility as a scrum master/agile PM in an insurance environment.
• Experience leading several software development projects with multiple developers.
