Job summary

ASRC Federal is announcing an opening for a Principal Scrum Master in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC2) program. The role leads Agile processes across software and hardware teams, driving efficient, predictable execution in a multidisciplinary environment.

You will partner with IPT leadership, Product Owners, and engineering teams to ensure program objectives are met while applying SAFe and Scrum practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline with required experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience leading Agile teams in complex environments.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Scrum Master for multidisciplinary IPTs delivering computer and radar system capabilities.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning events.
• Manage Jira boards, backlogs, dashboards, and Agile docs.
• Coordinate with IPT leads and Product Owners on priorities and progress.
• Plan Program Increment and sprint planning activities.
• Develop and communicate team performance metrics and risks.
• Identify impediments and drive resolution to enable delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and IPTs to manage dependencies.
• Provide Agile coaching to teams and leadership on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
