ASRC Federal Holding Company seeks a Principal Scrum Master for the DARC2 program in Colorado Springs. You will guide multidisciplinary IPTs in agile execution, drive program increment planning, and optimize delivery of radar and computer system capabilities.

You will harness Jira/Confluence, coach teams, and promote SAFe and agile practices across software and hardware domains, coordinating with engineering disciplines and leadership. 10% travel expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience, or relevant combinations as stated.
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Experience leading Agile teams in complex engineering or software environments.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Serve as Principal Scrum Master for DARC2 Integrated Product Teams responsible for computer and radar system product development and delivery.
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other planning events.
Manage Jira boards, workflows, product backlogs, sprint information, dashboards, and Agile documentation.
Partner with IPT leads and Product Owners to set priorities, plan work, manage dependencies, and track progress toward objectives.
Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint planning, and other Agile planning activities.
Develop and communicate team performance metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
Identify and resolve impediments affecting performance, schedule, and delivery.
Coordinate across engineering disciplines to manage dependencies for integrated systems.
Provide Agile coaching on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and continuous improvement.
Adapt Agile practices to hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.
Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, and clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
Assist IPT leadership in identifying risks and resource constraints impacting execution.
Support continuous process improvement to mature Agile execution across the DARC2 organization.
