Qualifications

12+ years as Scrum Master, Agile PM, or Delivery/Program Manager.
Experience leading Cloud Transformation and Digital Transformation programs.
Strong cloud: Azure, AWS, cloud-native architectures.
Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, data initiatives.
Delivery of enterprise business apps, platform modernization, API integrations, digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation and Business Applications.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile practices and delivery excellence.
Drive Agile maturity, predictability, and operational excellence across programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business objectives with cloud and AI initiatives.
