Job summary

V2X is seeking a Scrum Master Senior Software Engineer in Indianapolis, IN to guide one or more development teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across software and system integration efforts for DoD programs.

The role requires onsite work (minimum three days/week) and alignment with Agile principles, enabling timely releases of high-value increments while supporting advanced certifications and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• 5+ years related software development experience.
• 2+ years in a Scrum environment.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and self-organization skills.
• Experience with C/C++/C#, Java, Python, Linux, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Assist with backlog management and prioritization.
• Identify and remove impediments to value delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices and Scrum adherence.
• Coordinate with program leads, product owners, scrum masters, and management.
