Job summary

V2X is seeking a Project Engineering Intern in Indianapolis, IN to support design, development, integration, and testing of airborne and ground-based systems. You will work with Systems, Hardware, and Software Engineering teams and interact with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to drive technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Role emphasizes coordination, agile processes, and compliance with DoD and ITAR standards while gaining hands-on exposure to multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a technical degree in Engineering.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0+ is strongly desired (Please upload an unofficial transcript when applying).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical project team to stay within budget and schedule.
• Develop spend plans, staffing plans, the project schedule, and the program organizational chart.
• Create project backlog, write user stories, and manage Agile releases.
• Support program reviews with cost, schedule, and performance data for leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with Program Management to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Assist in Program Review data preparations for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, MIL-STD, ITAR, cyber standards.
• Assist proposals: Basis of Estimates (BOEs), estimates, and proposal volumes.
• Lead cross-disciplinary technical teams across systems, software, hardware, cybersecurity, integration, and test.
