Job summary

cb5 Solutions LLC is actively seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide multiple agile delivery teams and mentor junior scrum masters. This onsite role is based at a government location in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL with limited travel.

The successful candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, remove blockers, and partner with Product Ownership to maintain a healthy backlog while advising leadership on delivery health and agile adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting agile software development teams.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; able to articulate when to apply each.
Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coaching across multiple delivery teams.
Remove impediments, protect the team from scope creep, and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and advise program leadership on delivery health.
Maintain transparency with sprint dashboards, metrics, and reporting artifacts.
