Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Scrum Master to support our US Army customer.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to deliver within sprint cycles while ensuring compliance with program requirements and security standards. This role requires substantial Scrum experience, familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA, and the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Experience facilitating scrum events, scheduling and decision-making.
• Monitoring progress and helping teams improve.
• Coaching product owners and development teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and address impediments hindering progress.
• Promote Agile Practices: Advocate for agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with product owners and teams to prioritize backlog.
• Track and Report Metrics: Monitor and report on agile metrics and performance.
• Foster Team Development: Mentor team members to enhance agile skills.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to policies, standards, and regulations.
