Role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating with Product Owners and SMEs, and driving process improvements in a DoD context.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience on Agile software delivery teams in Scrum Master, Agile team member, or Product Owner support role.
• Active certifications: CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, with ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one or two cross-functional Agile teams on two-week sprints.
• Participate in SoS sessions and remove team impediments.
• Support Release Planning and PI Planning by preparing inputs and defining deliverables.
• Co-facilitate Release Retrospectives and drive improvements to reduce cycle time.
• Coordinate with AF-PLM Product Owners and SMEs to break down changes into features and stories in Jira.
• Apply Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for software increments.
• Guide story-point estimation and track sprint velocity and metrics.
• Ensure QA/security criteria are met and support TRR/UAT readiness.
