AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for distributed infrastructure, DevSecOps, and SRE teams across LatAm, EU, and India time zones. You will champion agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across regions.
You should have 5+ years as Scrum Master for technical teams, advanced Agile certs, and experience with vulnerability management or cloud architecture. This role offers flextime, remote and office options, and competitive USD-based compensation.
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years as Scrum Master for infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
- Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architecture.
- Advanced Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM II, SAFe).
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US (no sponsorship).
- Experience adapting Agile methods for distributed, multi-timezone teams.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Aufgaben
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for follow-the-sun model across regions.
- Identify, mitigate, and elevate delivery blockers with TPM and SDMs.
- Evolve Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows.
- Maintain a collaborative, safe, high-performing team environment.
