Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for distributed infrastructure, DevSecOps, and SRE teams across LatAm, EU, and India time zones. In this role you will identify and remove delivery blockers, tailor Agile practices for multi-timezone environments, and foster psychological safety and cross-regional collaboration on Fortune 500 and startup projects.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for highly technical infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
- Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architecture.
- Advanced Agile Certifications (CSM, PSM II, SAFe).
- Proven experience adapting Agile methodologies for distributed, multi-timezone teams.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
- Asynchronous & Synchronous Facilitation: facilitate Agile ceremonies across a follow-the-sun model to maximize cross-regional alignment.
- Blocker Resolution: identify, mitigate, and elevate delivery blockers with the TPM and SDMs.
- Process Optimization: evolve Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows.
- Team Health: maintain a collaborative, psychologically safe environment across diverse cultural hubs.
