AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for distributed infrastructure, DevSecOps, and SRE teams across LatAm, EU, and India time zones. This role requires strong facilitation, blocker management, and experience with multi-timezone delivery.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master for infrastructure/platform teams.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architecture.
• Advanced Agile Certifications (CSM, PSM II, SAFe).
• Experience adapting Agile for distributed, multi-timezone teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies for follow-the-sun model across time zones.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers with TPM/SDMs.
• Evolve Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows.
• Maintain a collaborative, psychologically safe team environment.
