Gallagher is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to support Data & Analytics teams, enhancing Agile execution, Azure DevOps discipline, delivery visibility, and cross-team coordination. This role focuses on facilitation, backlog readiness, and quality gates to improve delivery.

With 7+ years in Agile and 3+ years as Scrum Master, you will partner with analysts and engineers across multiple data initiatives, driving reliable sprint outcomes while maintaining a people-first culture at Gallagher.

Qualifications

7+ years of Agile experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master.
Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology.
Strong Azure DevOps experience with boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support predictable sprint delivery across two aligned teams.
Partner with Business Analyst to ensure backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and effective sprint intake.
Own Azure DevOps setup, workflow consistency, dashboards, and delivery reporting.
Establish QA gates and process standards to improve quality, reduce rework, and increase transparency.
Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and elevate risks with mitigation options.
Ideally looking for someone who has integrated Scrum from the ground up.
