Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Scrum Master to support development squads and implement SAFe for a sensor-technology firm focused on retail and supply chain optimization. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and align backlogs with client Product Owners while promoting continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have advanced English, strong communication skills, and proven Scrum/Kanban experience in complex environments. Experience with international contracts and AI adoption is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced/fluent English required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Proactive self-starter with independent work ability from day one.
• Proven Scrum Master experience in complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high stakeholder visibility.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and diverse audiences.
• Experience in international contracts and high-performance agile teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI adoption and using AI tools in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Review, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and implement team-improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to keep backlog well-defined and prioritized.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Monitor progress with agile metrics and reporting.
• Train and mentor teams in Scrum practices and adoption.
• Act as liaison between team and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to a healthy, productive work environment.
