Qualifications

• Ability to write user stories/epics and identify dependencies.
• Flexibility to work with diverse teams and executives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a studio or human-centered design environment.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for high-priority client initiatives and ensure effective delivery of IT projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Guide teams in applying Agile methodologies and foster an Agile mindset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners on planning, scope, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports for transparency on performance and delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and impediments affecting team performance.
• Remove roadblocks to keep teams focused and productive.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communications and align customer expectations with deliverables.
• Contribute to governance practices and ensure proper processes.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and develop roadmaps.
• Optimize capacity and delivery processes using organizational resources.
