Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide Agile Working Groups through a multi-year data transformation from on-premises to AWS. You will enable Agile delivery across customer, finance, HR, and enterprise asset management domains, using servant leadership and Jira-based metrics to drive planning and improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams
• Practical, non-purist Agile approach
• Data familiarity using Jira for metrics and planning
• Experience transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Scrum Master for multiple or larger-scale Agile teams with minimal supervision
• Shield teams from external interruptions and ensure teams are functional and productive
• Demonstrate servant leadership by removing impediments and facilitating decision-making
• Plan and organize work, enabling effective sprint planning and sprint management
• Capture and analyze team metrics such as burndown and velocity using Jira data
• Mentor team members, promote Agile thinking, and ensure process adherence
• Facilitate estimation activities including story points and Planning Poker
• Maintain backlog and task boards with Product Owners and teams
• Track impediments, risks, and dependencies to resolution
• Update improvement backlog with retrospective commitments and publish commitment and end-of-sprint reports
